The TwRC 100 Club, founded in 1980, renamed in 2010 in honour of the club’s 150th year, is a private lottery for club members and their friends. The original objective was to generate funds for the benefit of Twickenham Rowing Club’s Boat and Building funds, but in recent years the money raised has paid for items for the benefit of members, such as cox boxes, the defibrillator, lockers, the large television screen and the television and video equipment.

 

Each member may hold one or more numbers, each number costing £12 per year. Draws normally take place every two or three months, with 55% of the money collected distributed as cash prizes. The balance of the cash collected is donated to the rowing club.

The draw on 29th January 2025 gave away £1320 in prize money. Subsequently the club donated £2300 to the bar refit project.

 

New members are very welcome and anyone paying a subscription now will be included in all draws up to April 2026. We prefer payment by Standing Order payable in early May.
